  1. Grab your journal (or create one for this practice).
  2. Sit in our favorite meditative state, focusing on visualizing what you desire your life to be like one  year, five years, and even ten years from now. Visualize a future where everything has turned out the way you want it to be. Make your visualization as vivid as possible.
  3. As you come out of your meditative visualization, journal your thoughts, expectations, and any ideas that flow to you. Ask yourself what you can do right now as a simple step toward creating your visualization. End with a time of gratitude.
